You ever heard of this one? Guilt by association. You know when someone is doing wrong and you go along with it. That is a layman's definition so you will understand. Joel, I really don't know where you are getting your information from, but you are being told a straight up lie. I am no longer married to Kevin and what I have posted is the truth. I never heard of Install Management and I don't even care who they are. I don't have and truly don't want nothing to deal with satellites. As far as I am concern; all the satellites in orbit can and hope blow up and it wouldn't bother me one damn bit. Don't know where you get your information from but sorry I have never told anyone that I have won $250,000. God, give it a rest will ya. I bust my ass off working and really and less stressed and pleased that I don't have to deal with Kevin or satellites anymore. Have a judgment for 13200.00 against Kevin for work we did but were never paid for. We are now in the process of adding Denise into our suit and going back to court since she is representing herself as an officer of this company. See what that will get us. More than likely we will never see what is owed to myself and my installers. |

This is to inform everyone that Denise is not no longer affiliated with this company. She has a job doing lawncare. We work for the same company. She had told me about her encounters with DSI, Advanced, Digiworld and other companies that owes Satellite Pros a significant amount of money and couldn't keep trying to pay techs that were owed money. I know what Satellite Pros and others have gone through because I used to do satellite installations for DSI and Advanced and together they owe me about $12,000. Without money these companies know that the installer will then not be able to file legal actions against them. They suck you dry and then your over. That's all to say. -Terri

Not only does Sat Pros owe us thousands of dollars, we loaned her money personally because we thought she was a friend. When we realized we were not going to be paid anything, we informed Denise that we would no longer work for her. We gave her plenty of notice and finished the jobs on our board. I am frustrated and extremely angry. We have been used and deceived. Satellite Pros SUX! Denise - How can so many people be liars? Lorna - I would be embarrased to have my name associated with these people. |

If I was looking for work and I knew this mans criminal history I would not sign on with this company. I am grateful that we have the cablesux reviews to keep us from working for and with people like these. I also think that the way they are treating their installers is wrong. They should not still be in business. I hope what comes around goes around and they sign on with people that don't pay them. My company has never worked with or for Satellite pros and thanks to the reviews we never will! |

These people owe me $420.00 which I will probably never see. I have repeatedly tried to contact them and have received no response. They were always extremely late with paying us, where we had to cut them off in order to get paid. I don't recommend doing jobs for these people unless you like doing jobs for free, or like to beg to get paid. |

I could care less if you stay in business as long as you do your own installs and don't screw installers. Shame that every installer that has worked for them in the last 2 years has had to go to court to be paid money they worked in good faith for. These people are thieves. Kevin and Denise both are full of shit. We are owed 12,750.00. We also have files suit against them. We are going this week and filing liens against homes where we did work and were not paid. Also filed complaints with Michigan Attorney general and Federal Trade Assoc. They say they are out of business but we still jobs that they no show/no call that are given to another company we do work for. They are telling customers to do there own installs. What a piece of crap company. |

Finally after a year of fighting with this so called satellite company. I recieved the money that was owed to me. I had to take them to court and keep on the court but finally they paid. Then they sent me an email they were suing me for money i owed them what a bunch of jackasses. they think everyone is stupid. I am just glad its finally over for me. A word of advice TAKE THEM TO COURT it might take awhile but u will get whats owed to ya. |

$12,750 full amount owed Was told 30 days, ended on Friday No payment as of yet. Filed complaint with Michigan Attorney General and Federal Trade Assoc. Lawyer filing paperwork this week for court date. They have court date for discovery in Michigan court on the 28th. We will be there. |

December 28, 2004 satellitepros full of themselves If you cannot tell by the title, I'm with stuffinabox. I'm also one of the two guys who stayed behind to cover the work. In answer to the 30+ jobs Denise and Kevin claim they we left them hanging on, I say bullshit. As of the day the rest fo the crew left, there were exactly 4 jobs in our que. Three in the cedar springs/ rockford area, on in the jackson area. The morning of all these installs, all but one in Cedar Springs DISAPPEARED. And the job in cedar springs , no one home, no answer on phone. After that point, Denise decided to try and blackmail me into signing a contract with her that stated I was to carry a large amount of liability insurance for a few installs a week, and If she chose not to pay me, I had no recourse to collect. She also had the audacity to tell me on the phone that she always pays, and then turns around and pulls this. Hey, Denise! Kevin! I hope your kids enjoyed a few extra toys at Christmas. Why don't you tell them that my money payed for their toys instead of going to my kids! December 22, 2004 odd rebuttle high and dry no. i gave all notice i had. left 2 techs to complete all jobs in system in jackson and in muskegon/gr. techs work was removed and login killed before we could roll on jobs. comment on the parenting... if you teach your kids to accell in life at the loss of others by example, in my opinion as it states in the website, you are not a good parent. any company that does not pay for the services rendered and shows to benifit from them in my books is worthless. did i miss something? how about the accusation of extra marital affairs ,KEVIN, both directed at me and dan. Better yet, conversations of leaving husbands - forming new companys etc. that to be disclosed later. sue away. if you think im gonna pay you for the work my techs did your mistaken severly. Glad to see that one person got paid. there are 5 here who did not despite the efforts to finish out assigned work. The problem is denise you were told before we did one job you were a secondary source and could dissapear but we would try to HELP you out. We helped, you starved us, we found a better plate to eat off and did what anyone would. Personally i would have loved to give you 2 weeks or even 6 months notice, the fact remains i got off the phone and called you to let u know. Its just too bad you cant do right by us as we tried to do for you. You took all my work away for 3 days then called me to tell me i had a service call and qc check on one tech. Atleast i gave you 3 days, and made 2 techs avalible to finish out our que. You hung yourself there. I guess i should get Dan, RSS and the others involved that didnt get a check the week of thanksgiving. Seems to me you tried to hire one of dans techs without his permission. Guess i need to call him. I dont personally need the monies but the techs i have do. December 20, 2004 Satellite Pros has paid me on time I just came aboard on this site and seen how people has been running Satellite Pros down. I have been doing work for Satellite Pros for 3+ years and never once have they not paid me on time. They have even advanced me funds to be able to go do the work. I have even received bonuses from them for doing such great work as they say. I don't see that they are the type of company that would not pay an installer only if that installer did not conduct, perform or give sufficiant notice for reason I don't know. But I do know that they have been very ggod to me. This is just my opinion.

December 20, 2004 Always paid on time w/ me faithfully First of all, Satellite Pros pays their techs. The only time payment is not paid and/or held is if certain subcontractors (Stuffinabox) leave a company high and dry w/ 20 jobs left to be done with only a 3 day notice with a majority scheduled. That's not even enough time to find qualified tech(s) to cover those areas. Due to this these scheduled jobs were taken from Satellite Pros from the retailer and Stuffinabox was deducted accordingly in return. This is a damage to any company. A subcontractor agreement was email to all techs. If a tech(s) does work even after receiving the agreement and does work; weather the agreement is not signed; makes that agreement binding BY LAW. Deductions then take place. As far as for a laptop being worked on....well we should take a picture how we received the laptop back "stuffed in a box" in pieces. The laptop more than likely could have been salvageable but not now. A Professional computer person even stated that "stuffinabox" "has no business in touching a computer". As for "great kids worthless parents", well what can be said about that is yes great kids and very great parents. must be jealous because Satellite Pros have something they don't; a family and children that have parents that take care of them and love them. Satellite Pros' attorneys "Fieger and Associates" have been sent all "slander"; which by the way slander is illegal by law, made to Satellite Pros and informed " Satellite/Broadband Technicians" that if anything more said about this company criminal actions will be taken.
